The lawsuit in Germany was the starting point in obtaining a permit for the local production of therapeutic cannabis, and consumers in Canada regained the right to grow plants at home for personal use.

Over the past three years in the Czech Republic legally use marijuana for medical purposes. Despite the legalization of the use of this unique culture, there are certain difficulties in accessing medical cannabis - deficiency of the product, high prices and prejudices of doctors. Everything goes to the fact that public discontent current system is displayed in the claims, which will be considered by the Supreme Court.

At the time of starting the program the use of medical cannabis in the Czech Republic it was assumed that it will attract thousands of potential consumers. The reality is that today it was joined a few dozen people.

By and large, the Czechs are dissatisfied with the fact that many doctors refuse to prescribe medical marijuana for therapeutic purposes. Due to the fact that the law on legalization requires all doctors prescribing medical marijuana to their patients to buy expensive and inconvenient to use software for recording and reporting issued recommendations on the use of medical cannabis, not all doctors can afford it. As a result, it is literally a dozen doctors in the Czech Republic therapeutic cannabis use in their practice.

Czech social networks are full of information about the "bureaucratic nightmare" that haunts all doctors wishing to obtain a license for the use of cannabis for medical purposes.

Another difficulty in the use of medical cannabis is the refusal of insurance companies to pay for the Czech Republic hemp therapy. Despite the refusal of the National Institute for regulation of medicines to make hemp therapy in the list of medical procedures, the costs of which are covered by the state, civil society organizations representing the interests of patients, not slow down the pace and help those in need in the treatment of therapeutic hemp in obtaining individual insurance plans.

Inspired by the recent victories of the Canadian and German customers in the Supreme Courts of the above countries, the Czech activists are considering the possibility of drawing up lawsuits against the government to increase the opportunities of access to medical cannabis in court.

It should be noted that the action in Germany was the starting point in obtaining a permit for the local production of therapeutic cannabis, and consumers in Canada regained the right to grow plants at home for personal use.

The sorry state of the Czech health program due to the fact that the authorities knowingly take conflicting laws, sabotaging, thus, the action itself within the system.
