After a not very long period of time Ireland medical institutions will be able to prescribe the use of psychoactive cannabis to patients suffering from cancer, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain.

Irish parliament took up the bill authorizing the use of cannabis for medical purposes. Lower Chamber of the Parliament adopted the bill as a basis, without a vote due to the fact that the Government has stated that it supported the passage of the normative legal act in the legislative bodies of the country.
 
Under the current parliamentary procedure, the draft of the Act falls to the relevant committee of Parliament. At this committee will consider the medical cannabis value as a pharmacological drug and concluded that the need for its removal in the hall of the upper house of the Parliament of Ireland.
 
According to most analysts pharmacological market in the country, the president of the country will not prevent the signing adopted by the Parliament of a law allowing the use of cannabis as a medicine, so after not very long medical institutions in Ireland will be able to prescribe the use of psychoactive cannabis to patients suffering from cancer, multiple sclerosis , fibromyalgia, and chronic pain.
